How to reset your library account password

• Navigate to the Main Campus One Search page.
• Click the "Sign in" link in the upper right corner.
• Click the "Reset my password" link:

• Either enter your employee ID number into the "User ID" field OR enter the email address associated with your library account into the email address field and click "Send":

• You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. The email will be sent to the email address associated with your library account.
• The new password must be at least 8 characters long; and cannot include the user name or any commonly used password.
• If you are off-campus and can't access your Cleveland Clinic email, call the Library to reset your password at 216-444-5697.

How to reset your ILLiad password

• Go to ILLiad
• Click "Forgot your Password".
• Enter your user name
• You will get an email with information on how to reset your password.
• If you are off-campus and can't get to your Cleveland Clinic email, call the Library to reset your password at 216-444-5697.
