Zotero is free open-source reference management software that lets you:

* Does not work with Microsoft Office 365 online. Only works with desktop version.
O365 desktop apps version: Manager approval is required to have desktop versions of O365 apps. If you determine that you need them, submit a service request (with your manager’s approval) via MyServiceNow for licensing and installation.
If you have trouble installing Zotero on a Cleveland Clinic computer, IT may have to install it for you. Please call 216.444.HELP (4357) or go to MyServiceNow.
Go to "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Sync" and make sure the Zotero client is linked with your online account.
Go to "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Advanced" and make sure the OpenURL resolver is set to https://libkey.io/libraries/273/ if you're on Main Campus. This will allow Zotero to download the full-text of an article automatically from on-campus.
