Click the "Sign in" link in the upper right corner.
Click the "Reset my password" link:
Either enter your employee ID number into the "User ID" field OR enter the email address associated with your library account into the email address field and click "Send":
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. The email will be sent to the email address associated with your library account.
The new password must be at least 8 characters long; and cannot include the user name or any commonly used password.
If you are off-campus and can't get to your Cleveland Clinic email, call the Library to reset your password at 216-444-5697.
