Conditions A-Z is a handy patient-information tool created by the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), a national medical organization representing more than 93,700 family physicians, family practice residents and medical students. All of the information in Conditions A-Z has been written and reviewed by physicians and patient education professionals at the AAFP.
Common conditions, medical diseases, treatments and health tips (many available in Spanish) are presented alphabetically and can be searched in STAT!Ref online. Print the information for your patients to enhance understanding and health promotion.
