The Cleveland Clinic Floyd D. Loop Alumni Library has created a Resource Portal to link to Patient Care and Education Resources by Institute. These guides contain point-of-care and patient education resources to reference during patient encounters and are available at the Library’s website and also in Epic. These guides help caregivers navigate the vast electronic resources in our library’s collection. and also provide subject-specific core materials, guidelines and calculators.
